PURCHASE & SHIPPING TERMS

We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items (Items) via the Jewel House Australia website (our Website).

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Jewel House Australia A.B.N.47398829235 (weus, our, or Jewel House Australia) and you.

PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Jewel House Australia is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Please contact us on +61 420 690 024 immediately if you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions.

PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on the Website, or pursuant to any enquiry that you may make with us, are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website, from time to time, and without notice to you.

PAYMENT

Jewel House Australia accepts payment via credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.

After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order. Please check your inbox (or junk/spam folder).

In the event that Jewel House Australia does not receive cleared funds after 48 hours of you submitting your order, we will contact you via email or phone number nominated in your order to communicate about your payment.

SECURITY

We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.

We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured at all times.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Orders made via our Website will typically be processed within the following time frames:

  • In-stock items: Within 2-3 business days; and
  • Personalised items: Up to 3-4 weeks.

Please note that during any sale or promotional or festive period there may be small delays in the processing time due to the addition sales volume.

SHIPPING

All orders (domestic & international) require signature on delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your package. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours before checking the tracking status to allow the Shipping provider to process your order.

All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged during shipment or lost).

Within Australia 

Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post service or Courier service.

FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $99.00 AUD. 

 International

Shipping to destinations outside of Australia will be via Australia Post service as below:

  • To United States of America or Canada: $30
  • To New Zealand: $18

Shipping costs to other international destinations may vary. Please email us for a quote.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Please keep an eye on the tracking number messaged or emailed to you for estimated delivery time frames.

  • Within Australia: Standard shipping (7-10 business days)* & Express shipping (2-3 business days)* of us notifying you that your order has been shipped; and
  • Outside of Australia: Within (14 days)* of us notifying you that your order has been shipped.

If you need something by a specific date, please check shipping times with us before placing your order by calling on +61 420690024 or send us an email.

*Please note that some areas may take longer to deliver and we cannot guarantee delivery time frames to certain mail zones. There also may be times where shipping will take a little longer (for example, due to Coronavirus disruptions or during peak times such as Christmas). If you have not received your Items within our suggested time frames, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.

Delivery of your order may also be delayed if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address.

PACKAGING

Every order is packed in our customised card, comes with our beautiful gift pouch and customised envelop. Our minimum packaging policy has been developed with sustainability, and minimising our environmental footprint in mind. We can also gift wrap if you are ordering few items together. Please notify us to do so in ‘Order Notes’ section on checkout page.

We take a lot of pride to ensure that your order is packed appropriately to avoid any breakage. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item if you have received your item in a damaged way.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Jewel House Australia may cancel your order, if for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the Items subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur to process a refund of the amount paid.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

If you would like to cancel your order, please message on +61 420 690 024 or email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment subject to transaction fees.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Any requests for a refund will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping Terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Jewel House Australia business, including information relating to items, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.
